Long Island Property Solutions was started by Michael Pine and Lauren Stutsky as a way to help people who were having problems with real estate they own.  We both know people close to us that have lost their houses due to unfortunate situations such as the ones listed on this site, and had no one/nowhere to turn.  So we decided that we wanted to help people avoid losing their homes and filing for bankruptcy.
